1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by AccountingPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

AccountingPro provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial advisory services to businesses and individuals in South Africa. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate engagement letter or service agreement between AccountingPro and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services
• Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
• Review all documents and reports provided by AccountingPro
• Make decisions and take actions based on our advice at their own discretion
• Pay all fees and charges for services as agreed

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees for services will be outlined in the engagement letter or service agreement. Payment terms are typically net 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any such information except as required by law, with client consent, or as necessary to provide our services. We implement appropriate measures to protect client information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our materials, methodologies, and deliverables remain the property of AccountingPro. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for their internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccountingPro's liability arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the liability. In no event shall AccountingPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Sections regarding payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
